Velatura HIE – findhelp

findhelp Product Overview:

Velatura’s new site, powered by findhelp, allows anyone in need to find social service programs in their area for free. findhelp, has created a social care network that connects people and programs — making it easy for people to find social services in their communities, for nonprofits to coordinate their efforts with referrals, and for customers to integrate social care into the work they already do. When using the site’s search engine, providers and patients can type in their ZIP code and the search will return the programs that serve that area. From there, you can browse by category, cost, search by keyword, program name, or organization name, and filter results to find the most relevant programs to their needs. Velatura has 2 sites, 1 for patients and another for providers. The provider site can be tailored to highlight specific programs, connect department teams in groups to share feedback on programs, and give the provider full-loop referral capabilities. Alerts to the provider, social care organizations, and patients to track referral progress are delivered to their respective emails but can also be managed on the Provider site. The community site is a resource for patients to connect directly with programs without the help of others. Additionally, organizations can add program cards with programs not already listed in the findhelp search engine.
