In order to access the Customer Portal, you will need an account. If you do not have an account you can click the “Sign-Up” link on the login page, or you can contact help@velatura.org or call 844-454-2443.
Once you have accessed the portal and/or submitted a ticket, you may begin to see emails from Jira about requests newly submitted to Velatura. These are not spam but are notifications from our new service desk platform.
